UNSUITABLE FOR FREEZING (EXCEPT FOR PAPAYA)
SUITABLE FROM 6 MONTHS
MAKES 1 PORTION

AVOCADO
1 small avocado
some of your baby's usual milk

1. Cut avocado in half, remove stone, scoop out flesh and mash together with milk.

BANANA
1 small banana
some of your baby's usual milk (may be needed)

1. Peel banana and mash with fork

(add a little of your baby's usual milk, if necessary to thin the consistency)

PAPAYA
1 small papaya

1. Cut papaya in half, peel, remove seeds and puree or mash the flesh of one half until smooth.

AVOCADO OR PAPAYA AND BANANA
1/2 avocado or 1/2 small papaya
1/2 small banana
1-2 tbsp your baby's usual milk

1. Mash the avocado (peeled and stoned) or papaya (peeled and deseeded) together with the banana and the milk.

If using papaya the milk is optional.
