FIRST FRUIT PUREE (APPLE AND PEAR)- Annabel Karmel

MAKES 4 CUBES

2 large dessert apples i.e. Pink Lady
2 large pears i.e Conference pears
2 tbsp Annabel Karmel's pear concentrate

1. Peel, core and chop the fruit and put into a heavybased sausepan together with pear concentrate.
2. Cover with a lid and cook over a low heat for 6-8 mins until tender.

Blend fruit to a smooth puree.
