Ingredients
75g (3oz) orzo or other small pasta shapes
50g (2oz) carrots, peeled and diced
50g (2oz) courgettes, washed and diced
50g (2oz) broccoli florets chopped
25g (1oz) unsalted butter
25g (1oz) cheddar cheese, grated

Method
1. Put pasta in a saucepan with the carrots. Cover with generously with boiling water and cook for 5mins.
2. Add the courgettes and broccoli and cook for a further 7 mins.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the drained pasta and veg and toss with the butter and grated cheese until it melts.
