SUITABLE FOR FREEZING
SUITABLE FROM 6 MONTHS
MAKES 4 PORTIONS

25g (1 oz) unsalted butter
60g (2 1/2 oz) leeks, washed and sliced
150g (6 oz) potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large carrot (approx 100g), peeled and chopped
300ml (10 1/2 floz) unsalted veg stock
100g (4 oz) frozen peas

1. Melt the butter in a saucespan and saute the leeks for 3-4 mins, stirring.
2. Add the potatoes, carrot and pour over the veg stock.
3. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid and cook for 12 mins.
4. Add the frozen peas and continue to cook for about 3 mins until the vegetables are tender.

Then puree in baby food grinder.
