am doing this for dinner tomorrow night. dead easy!!!
150g dried pasta
2 tbs cooking oil
2 onions sliced
4 chicken fillets sliced (im replacing half the chicken with a drained tin of sliced mushrooms)
2 tsp dijon mustard (am leaving this out and adding a large pinch english mustard)
1tbsp lemon juice
150mls white wine (im using chicken stock)
1tsp dried tarragon
295g tin of condensed chicken soup
cook pasta according to instructions and drain and keep to one side
stirfry onions and chicken til cooked
stir in remainin ingredients except pasta and cook for further 10 mins
then add in the pasta and serve
