cream of broccoli and cauliflower soup

1 head of cauli
2 heads of broccolli
2 sml onions chopped
2 chicken/veg stock cubes
2 cloves of garlic
boquet garni

stick everything into a huge pot and add about a litre of water. cook til all vegies are tender then remove boquet garni add a generous splash of whole milk before whizzing up till smooth. YUM!

this sounds gorge...i have everything but the bouquet garni!!! doh!!
