| These are pictured in the cooking gallery
You will need
1 Ciabatta Bread per person sliced in half 1 Jar of pizza topping sauce Mozarella cheese ( or any grated cheese of your choice) Any other toppings that you like ie...mushrooms, onions, peppers, sweetcorn
Simple to make just slice the bread in half , spread with the topping sauce , add any desired toppings and extra grated cheese on top , pop in the oven on a tray for 8-10 mins and they are ready , serve with salad or any other side dish. | |

| i used to do these quite a lot...can also be done with thick bread if you dont have ciabatta!!
try a bolognaise sause as a topping, you can get dolmis with herbs, onion or mushroom etc | |

| i would of thought that any ham would be ok,,,,i like the wafer thin ham cut into squares or strips...
i bought us some ciabatta breads the other day to make these, put them in the freezer till i get some pizza sauce!! xx | |
