These are pictured in the cooking gallery

You will need

1 Ciabatta Bread per person sliced in half
1 Jar of pizza topping sauce
Mozarella cheese ( or any grated cheese of your choice)
Any other toppings that you like ie...mushrooms, onions, peppers, sweetcorn

Simple to make just slice the bread in half , spread with the topping sauce , add any desired toppings and extra grated cheese on top , pop in the oven on a tray for 8-10 mins and they are ready , serve with salad or any other side dish.

try a bolognaise sause as a topping, you can get dolmis with herbs, onion or mushroom etc
