Slimming World Chips

slimming world chips are completely syn-free, so you can eat as many as you like...

peel and cut potatoes into chip shapes (i like to use a crinkle cutter)
place in a pan of boiling water and boil for 4 mins, drain and shake the chips in the pan to "roughen-up"

spray a baking tray with fry-lite and put the chips on, spray fry-lite over the top and bake in the oven for about 30 mins on the highest temperature...

you might need to shake the chips a few times while there cooking!!

if u make a well with the chips u can break a egg into it whilst its in the ovan and its gorgeous!!!!
