SUITABLE FOR FREEZING
SUITABLE FROM 6 MONTHS
MAKES 4 PORTIONS

75g (3oz) ready to eat dried apricots, chopped
1 large apple, peeled, cored and chopped
30ml (2 tbsp) apple juice
30ml (2 tbsp) water
1 large ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped

1. Put the apricots and apple into a heavy-based saucepan together with the apple juice and water. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 5 mins.
2. Add the chopped pear and continue to simmer for 2 mins.

Puree in the baby food grinder.

The dried apricot tends to be the last bit left behind as it's thicker. Press down, turn the blender hadle and the apricot will come through at the end. Re-stir once pureed.
