PostSubject: MY FAV PORRIDGE- Annabel Karmel   6th May 2009, 6:15 pm

SUITABLE FOR FREEZING
SUITABLE FROM 6 MONTHS
MAKES 2-3 PORTIONS

150ml (5 floz) milk
15g (2 tbsp) porridge oats
50g (2 oz) soft ready to eat dried apricots, chopped
1 large ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped

1. Put the milk, porridge oats and chopped apricots into a small saucepan, bring to boil and then simmer, stir occasionally for 3 mins.

puree with the chopped pear in baby food grinder.

The dried apricot tends to the the last bit left behind as it is thicker. Press down, turn the blender handle and the apricot will come through at the end. Re-stir once pureed.
